NLPG for the local government community The NLPG hub is managed by Intelligent Addressing under the Mapping Services Agreement. This contract is managed by the Local Government Information House (LGIH) on behalf of local government, fire and police authorities, national parks and conservation boards, together with passenger transport authorities.
